Description/Scope of Work:
The renovation included a new pre-cast concrete bowl, new arena railing systems, new paint job throughout interior, complete demo and rebuild of first floor concession stands, storage area upgrades, renovation of office areas, new fire alarm system and HVAC upgrades. The majority of the renovation ($10 million worth) was completed in a 5-month period while the arena was closed (very tight schedule with drop-dead date). The job started and finished on the planned start and finish dates. There were no variances on schedule.
