Description/Scope of Work:

This project was Lafayette Consolidated Government’s first CMAR project. They quickly learned the benefits CMAR had to offer in being able to fast track the project in constructability and budget collaboration between the owner, architect, and contractor early on in the design phase. The state-of-the-art animal shelter includes an animal surgery suite for medical care and spay/neuter surgeries, as well as a special air filtration system for odor control and an outdoor exercise area.
