Description/Scope of Work:

This new Municipal Complex for the City of Youngsville includes three buildings. Building 1 is for City Hall, building 2 is the Chambers meeting room, and building 3 is the Police Station. The complex is located in the historical part of Youngsville and is designed to represent the history of the town and surrounding areas as well as be able to function well into the future as Youngsville continues to grow. This was Youngsville’s first CMAR project.
