A New Ford-Lincoln Dealership located in Opelousas, La consisting of a new 19,000 sq. ft., two-story sales building, a 17,760 sq. ft. service shop, service write-up drive-thru, detail stalls and new car delivery canopy, as well as a 1,120 sq. ft. car wash building. Site work includes 81,700 sq. ft. of concrete parking, drives and walks with 138,645 sq. ft. of aggregate parking for vehicle stock.
