Description/Scope of Work:
Renovation of a historical 100+ year-old building including new mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm systems, and elevator as well as new finishes throughout. The building is owned by the Society of Jesus a Roman Catholic Order and will be used to educate new Jesuit priests, house retired priests and for holding spiritual retreats.
