Description/Scope of Work:
A 108’ tall single story metal building with two 250-ton overhead cranes, with an 80 foot hook height and 1 million pound lifting capacity. The project was built over reclaimed swamp land and has over 2,500 piles supporting it. Foundation consists of concrete two to five feet thick. The building will be used to fabricate blow-out preventers and was completed in 9 months.
